The Tuscany Region has been reshaping its Regional Law n. 71/2013. A forthcoming law introducing an original criteria establishes that alberghi diffusis (scattered hotels) should be located in town centers, in settlement existing within the coastal area and in rural villages. Social environment, to be eligible, should be characterized by fine-environmental, vitality and livability of places, with population equal to or less than 5 thousand inhabitants. As in Emilia Romagna, the pitfall consisting in creating territorial restrictions for the entering alberghi diffusis hasn't been avoided. thus: we wish "AD maioram".
